DearBookmark includes both private library search and a public community directory.

Public search

The /search page can show community-curated bookmark results. Users can browse results, vote on useful links, heart listings, and report listings that need review.

Curators

Curators and admins can help maintain search quality by approving, restoring, archiving, refreshing, or removing listings.

Search activity

The admin control panel tracks search activity, including pending, approved, and banned keyword moderation states.

Archive and review queues

Public search includes archive and review workflows. This lets curators remove stale or questionable results without immediately losing all history.

OpenSearch

DearBookmark exposes an OpenSearch descriptor at /opensearch.xml, which lets browsers discover the public search endpoint.
